Matea is a PhD student at the Technical University of Munich, exploring how biocatalysis, electrochemistry, and materials science can advance C1 chemistry and pollutant degradation, with the aim of upscaling and commercialization. She is passionate about life sciences, biotech, and clean tech, and draws on her entrepreneurship training to bridge the gap between the lab and the market.
