Miruna Chipara

Miruna is starting her third year at Creator Fund, continuing to find exceptional founders in the Midlands & South of the UK. She is currently completing a PhD in Formulation Engineering at the University of Birmingham and Harvard University as a Fulbright Research Scholar. Miruna has a broad background, also holding a MRes in Chemical Engineering and BSc in Biosciences with Business Management, as well as working in Stem Cell Research, Tissue Engineering, and 3D Bioprinting labs across different fields, being highly valuable when assessing the tech for a wide range of companies. She participated in various MedTech innovation programmes in the UK and abroad, as well as organised startup competitions and events across campus while fulfilling various roles such as CFO, President, and CRO across different societies. Her interest lies in the translation of research discoveries into business opportunities and hopes to start her own Biotech company in the future.
