Philip was the Co-Founder and former CEO of Nebia, a San Francisco based consumer hardware start-up that designs innovative shower systems with 50% water savings. In 2022, Nebia was acquired by Brondell, a home goods and personal care company co-founded by Mark Cuban. Nebia’s award-winning and patented shower system designs recieved over $10m in crowdfunding on Kickstarter. Their products are in over 100,000 homes, have saved over 500 million gallons of water, and have saved 27 million kWh of energy. Nebia received its first investment from Tim Cook (Apple), and also received funding from Eric Schmidt (Google), Joe Gebbia (Airbnb), and Y-Combinator. Prior to founding Nebia in 2013, Philip lived in Mexico City where he worked for Endeavor, the global non-profit that helps high-impact entrepreneurs scale their ventures. He is currently pursuing his M.B.A. at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, and he received a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
