Sam Shorthouse

Sam is a PhD student in Digital Health at the University of Bristol with a background in computer science and artificial intelligence. Currently, his PhD aims to create hardware and software solutions to increase the throughput of 3D cell culture. Beyond academia, he also works freelance as a full-stack developer, digitising the logistics and analytics of a leading distribution business. Outside of work, Sammy enjoys weightlifting, music, and travelling.
